Welcome to NCF Repskap 2021. Due to the unceasing situation with the Covid-19 pandemic this years Repskap will unfortunately not be held in Copenhagen but rather be conducted online. We are saddened that this is the situation once more, but have high hopes that with the roll-out of vaccines our top meeting in the fall will be able to proceed as usual and in person. The program will begin on Saturday at 08:30 Icelandic time, 09:30 Scandinavian time and 10:30 Finnish time. On Sunday proceedings will resume at 9:00 (IS), 10:00 (SCA) and 11:00 (FI). The event will be held on Zoom. We will during the Repskap debate our political program, resolutions and have guest speakers that will discuss Nordic politics along with a variation of NCFs traditional Cultural Evening in a new form.

Repskap & Top Meeting 2020

Dear Member Organisations, 

We would like to extend an invitation to the annual Repskap - the highest decision making body of the NCF joined together with Top Meeting. Please note that we will elect the President and the board of 2020-2021.

Unfortunately we will not be travelling to Copenhagen as planned this year. Instead we will have the meeting virtually on Saturday the 26th of September 2020 via Zoom. The time of the meeting will be at :
11:00 Icelandic time
13:00 Scandinavian time
14:00 Finnish time

This year we want to invite also observers from our member organisations to join if they wish to. It is up to each member organisation to choose who are representatives and who are observers. Note that observers have to sign up as well. 

The deadline for registering is the 10th of September. Participants will register through an online registration form, please make sure that you fill in all required information and mark if you are an observer or a representative.

If a participant is nominated to take part in the Repskap, this is a commitment to participate. Unforeseen circumstances can be discussed. In this case, please contact Hildur at president@mittinorden.com.

Dear Member Organisations,

After a long and cold winter, it is again time for this year's Repskap.  We would, therefore, like to extend an invitation to our annual meeting Repskapet – the highest decision-making body of the NCF.

We will gather in the lovely city of Copenhagen, Denmark from Friday to Sunday the 17th to the 19th of April, where Radikal Ungdom will be our hosting organisation!

Resolutions

Like always, we encourage every participating Member Organisation to submit resolutions. The resolutions must be written in English. The deadline for submitting resolutions is the 31st of March 2020.

Registration

The deadline for registering is the 17th of March. Participants will register through an online registration form, please make sure that you fill in all required information.

Please remember that the size of the delegation (as well as number of votes) depends on the size of your organisation, in numbers. However, the votes are not personal, so one person can represent the whole organisation as well as the x amount of votes. Please check the table in the attached document.

NB! Please note that NCF board members are part of the Member Organisations' delegations!!

Participation fee

The participation fee is 150€/participant. For delegates living in Copenhagen, the participation fee is 75€/participant.

If the sign-up is done two weeks past the deadline, the participant is responsible for the booking and the costs him-/herself.  

If a participant is nominated to take part in the Repskap, this is a commitment to participate, and the participation fee will be charged even if the participant doesn’t attend the meeting. Unforeseen circumstances can of course be discussed. In this case, please contact the President.

As a new year is upon us, we would like to extend an invitation to the annual Repskap - the highest decision making body of the NCF. Please note that we will elect the President and the board of 2019-2020.

This year we have the pleasure of visiting Helsinki, where the meeting will take place the 26-28 of April. We are happy to have Keskustanuoret and Svensk Ungdom as the hosting organisations of the event.

Please remember that the size of the delegation (as well as number of votes) depends on the size of your organisation, in numbers. However, the votes are not personal, so one person can represent the whole organisation as well as the x amount of votes. Please check the table in the attached document.

The deadline for registering is the 22th of March. Please find attached at the end of this document, the link to the online registration form. 

The deadline for sending resolutions is the 5th of April. We encourage everyone to send resolutions. The resolutions must be written in English. Please send them to secretarygeneral@mittinorden.com. 

As our finances are unstable at the moment, we have decided to increase the participation fee substantially for this years Repskap. We hope this to be temporary and to be able to lower the fee in the future. The participation fee for this year's Repskap will be 250€/participant. If your MO is interested to come but don’t have to means to pay the full participation fee, please contact me. I want to stress that you need legitimate reasons for this as we’re currently facing tough times financially.

Top Meeting 2018 OSL

Dear Member Organisation,

After a hot summer, most of us are looking forward to cooler days. The summer is slowly coming to an end, while the fall is just around the corner. Therefore, we would like to extend you an invitation to our annual Top Meeting – our fall congress and political meeting. This year we will gather in the lovely Norwegian capital – Oslo. The meeting will take place from Friday the 28th of September to Sunday the 30th of September. We are happy to have Senterungdommen as our hosting organization!

The program will begin in the afternoon on Friday, and therefore, the morning is reserved for travelling. Saturday is reserved for the meeting itself and Sunday for the travels back home. All practical information, the program for the event, as well as the Agenda for the Top Meeting will be sent to the delegates about two weeks before the Top Meeting.

Delegates

According to the Board Decision on the 20th of May 2015, the number of delegates and votes of each delegation is proportional. The amounts are set according to the number of members of each Member Organization. Please contact the Secretary General if you are unsure about your organisation's delegation size. 

Resolutions

We encourage every participating Member Organisation to submit resolutions. The resolutions will be a central part of the meeting and must be written in English. The deadline for submitting resolutions is the 7th of September 2018. Please send them to secretaraygeneral@mittinorden.com.

Registration

Delegates should register to the Top Meeting no later than the 31st of August. The NCF uses an online form for registration. The registration form collects personal information, which will be used and stored until the event. After the event, all personal information will be deleted, except for the name and organisational affiliation. These will be stored for archive purposes. Please let us know if you would like to have all your personal information deleted after the event.

Please make sure you fill in all required information and that it is correct. Travels can be booked by the Secretary General, or by the delegates themselves if they wish to do so. Please note that we cannot guarantee how much we can compensate for the ticket, as the NCF always chooses the cheapest possible travel option. Delegates must expect to spend Friday morning and Sunday evening travelling.

Young Nordic Leaders Meeting 2018

Back in 2016, the NCF organised an event called Organisational Exchange, an educational event for our member organisations: Presidents, Secretary Generals and Board Members gathered in Helsinki, Finland for a weekend to discuss and share best practices within the following areas: member recruitment and campaigning. We also had the pleasure to visit Microsoft Finland, where we received a tour of the office, visited Max Mickelsson (Head of Governemntal Affairs), got a visit from Niklas Mannfolk (previous Public Relations Officer of the Swedish People’s Party) and enjoyed a nice dinner and sauna.

Ever since, we’ve wanted to organise a similar event as its predecessor received plenty of good feedback and praise. This year our wishes finally came true: meet Young Nordic Leaders Meeting. This weekend we will focus on networking and educating you. We have also saved some time for discussing our visions for the future Nordic co-operation.

Even though we are not organising a Cultural Evening, as we usually do, we will make sure we will take in the whole Finnish experience. We promise that you will enjoy some good old sauna, traditional fish soup and some (with good chance) cold and raw weather. So bring warm clothes!

Dear Member Organisation,

Summer is a magical time in the Nordics. The days get longer, the nights get shorter and the warmer weather is finally here to stay. Every Nordic person knows there is nothing like the Nordic summer. While we are looking forward to a well-deserved vacation, we are also looking to the future. The NCF has decided to organise the upcoming Top Meeting in Reykjavik, Iceland. The meeting will take place from Friday to Sunday the 1st to the 3rd of September 2017. We are happy to have Samband Ungra Framsóknarmanna as our hosting organisation!

It is not every day we are visit Iceland, which is why it requires carefully planning and early organising. We hope you understand this and will be as cooperative as possible. 

The program will begin in the afternoon on Friday, and therefore, the morning is reserved for traveling. Saturday is reserved for the meeting itself and Sunday for the travels back home. All practical information, the program for the event, as well as the Agenda for the Top Meeting will be sent to the delegates two weeks before the Top Meeting.

The NCF is proud to announce that we will have a summer camp in 2016 - in cooperation with CUF in Västerbotten and Svensk Ungdom in Österbotten. The ongoing regional cooperation between the two branches of the Nordic centre-movement is optimal for hosting the summer camp!

The theme will be Nordic cooperation, where we will dive deep into our common history, language, culture and cuisine - and explore and cherish our differences.

Dear Nordic friend, 

We are pleased to invite you to the 50th Anniversary Top Meeting the 3rd of October 2015 in Copenhagen. We will celebrate our long and colourful history with a reception during the day and a banquet dinner during the evening. All we need is you to be there! 

During the reception, we would like to hear about your experiences during your time in the NCF. If you want to share this with us, you can write it in the registration formula. We are not able to pay your travel or accommodation costs, but we will be serving food during the day and invite you to a banquet dinner in the evening, which will cost 50€ to attend - bank info below. If you travel the 3rd, make sure to arrive before 13 o'clock.

Top Meeting 2015

Dear Member Organisation,

NCF hereby invites you to our annual Top Meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark in October. We are happy to have Radikal Ungdom as our hosting organisation for the first time. At the same time we will have our 50th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday. Read more about the event here.

The programme will begin during the afternoon on Friday the 2nd of October and therefore the morning is reserved for traveling! During Sunday, we will continue with the actual Top Meeting and therefore we expect the delegates to travel home during Sunday evening. The practical information and the programme will be sent to the delegates during week 37 in September.

Registration

The online registration form for the Top Meeting must be filled by the participants before the 1st of September. All information in the form must be filled out. NCF will book the tickets to Copenhagen. The cheapest possible travel option will be selected, and delegates must expect to spend Friday morning and Sunday evening travelling. Ask your general secretary on how to register - they are in charge of the proces.

Participation fee

This time the participation fee is 180 €/participant.

If a participant is nominated to take part in the Top Meeting this is a commitment to participate and the participation fee will be charged even if the participant doesn’t attend the meeting (unforeseen circumstances can of course be discussed).
